A great start to your day

Sprinkle this power-packed mix on your cereal, yoghurt and fruit.

50 g almonds
100 g hazelnuts
150 g linseeds
100 g pumpkin seeds
150 g protein powder
100 g sunflower seeds
50 g sesame seeds
50 g psyllium husks
150 g lecithin granules

Ingredients available from Cornucopia.

Grind all but the lecithin granules, combine and store in an airtight container in the fridge
