| 50 g | almonds |
| 100 g | hazelnuts |
| 150 g | linseeds |
| 100 g | pumpkin seeds |
| 150 g | protein powder |
| 100 g | sunflower seeds |
| 50 g | sesame seeds |
| 50 g | psyllium husks |
| 150 g | lecithin granules |

Grind all but the lecithin granules, combine and store in an airtight container in the fridge
