Pilates Classes (All appointments are strictly by booking only)

Pilates (pil-lah-teez) A movement system using a series of exercises to increase strength, flexibility, stamina and concentration. Pilates will enhance and complement your regular exercise program to help you look better, perform better and above all feel better. Our Pilates workouts can be a wonderful antidote to the imbalances your daily habits create.

Core Studios offer the following Pilates Classes, targeted at different levels of skill and experience. 

Foundation Session

Starting class for beginners.

All Levels & Men's only classes

All levels will build on from your Foundation learnings with a dynamic workout. Men's only class has a flexibility focus to increase range of movement.

Private & Semi Private

Either one to one training or workout with a small group of friends. We will design a specfic exercise programme to suit you. Available in either our pilates or gravity studio.

Antenatal & Postnatal

Low impact Pilates is great way to help your body through this special time in your life. Bring baby along too!
