Pilates on a mat or the Total Gym equipment is a low impact form of exercise which focuses on harmony of the mind and body. Our antenatal and postnatal classes have been designed to give a workout which is specific to your body during and after pregnancy. Exercise can have many positive effects for both mother and baby. By strengthening your core, you will be able to maintain a stable posture as the body changes shape, as well as optimal pelvic floor function. Back pain may be reduced and your body can bounce back to its pre-pregnant shape more easily. Bring baby along too!!!
