Men's Pilates (All appointments are strictly by booking only)

Half of the class is strength based in the gym followed by 30minutes of stretching on the mat, designed specifically for our male clients. We offer a flowing class focusing on mobility to increase the range of movement around hips, shoulders and lower back.

Building on the integration of pilates principles into your workout, you will continue to grow your body awareness - moving from a strong centre to create freedom and harmony of movement.
