Foundation is a prerequisite for all pilates classes. This consists of 1 or 2 private sessions with one of our Pilates Instructors

Your Foundation sessions teach you the basic principles of the Pilates method and allows you to move seamlessly into our All level classes where you are able to build on what you have leant and add challenges to your Pilates routine.

The programme will help you to:

  • develop a better understanding of your lower abdominal muscles and the important role they play. 
  • improve your posture by becoming aware of what subtle changes your body needs to create less discomfort.
  • increase the amount of air your body takes in to increase your stamina, concentration and energy levels.

*Foundation sessions are by appointment only with one of our Pilates Instructors at a cost of $60 per 1 hour session.
